THE GROUP
An automotive group built around real operations
Steelmarch brings together specialist companies, digital demand, physical vehicle operations and purpose-built technology. The objective is simple: make each business stronger on its own and more valuable as part of a connected group.
WHY STEELMARCH EXISTS
Connected work should not be managed as disconnected businesses
Vehicle acquisition, recovery, transport, salvage and recycling overlap every day. A customer may begin by asking for a scrap value, need a non-running vehicle collected, require documents checked and ultimately receive a different outcome because the vehicle is worth more through trade or salvage.
Steelmarch was created to connect those decisions while allowing each operating brand to remain clear to its own customers. The group does not need every company to look the same; it needs them to share reliable information, standards and commercial discipline.
That structure also creates a better foundation for acquisitions. A new company can retain its local reputation while gaining access to stronger systems, digital capability and group support.
OUR PRINCIPLES
The standards behind the group
These principles are intended to guide daily decisions, not decorate a wall.
Own the outcome
Responsibility continues until the customer, vehicle, payment or operational issue reaches a proper conclusion.
Evidence before ego
Contribution, conversion, service quality and cash matter more than vanity metrics or a preferred idea.
Move with controlled urgency
Act quickly without compromising safety, compliance, documentation or customer trust.
Protect the name
Every call, collection, website, invoice and vehicle description affects the reputation of the whole group.
Build once, use repeatedly
Document and automate useful workflows so that progress is not dependent on one person remembering every step.
Reinvest with discipline
Put capital into the people, vehicles, software and acquisitions that improve durable earning power.
LEADERSHIP
Operator-led from the beginning
Steelmarch was founded by Casey and Erin to provide a proper group structure around a growing collection of automotive businesses, technology projects and commercial opportunities.
Casey’s work centres on group strategy, digital growth, product direction, systems, automotive operations and commercial development. Erin’s final public remit should reflect the responsibilities she formally owns across administration, governance, finance, people or group coordination.
Governance before scale
The group should grow from clear ownership, documented responsibilities and accurate reporting. That means preserving the legal identity of each company, describing relationships honestly and keeping customer and financial records separated where required.
- Defined ownership and decision rights
- Monthly management information
- Clear intercompany arrangements
- Documented brand and intellectual-property ownership
- Accurate public relationship wording
